This deployment has no Microsoft sign-in, so agreements cannot be imported here. Back to the board.

Import agreements

Your account can read agreements but not add or change them, so this page is closed to you.

Ask your administrator to assign to your account on the Agreement Tracker application. After it is assigned, sign out and back in: the role only appears on a new sign-in.

Import agreements

Add several agreements at once, or update ones already on the list. Nothing is written until you have read the preview and clicked Import, and nothing is ever deleted.

Paste the text of one or more agreements (an order form, a quote, a renewal notice, an email) and the rows below are filled in for you, ready to check and edit. Nothing is written until you click Import. What you paste leaves your tenant for the duration of the request, to an AI service Dragonfly runs in Azure, together with the instructions the AI is given, which list the document types, statuses and renewal actions this tracker uses and the department names already on your list. Strip credentials, bank details and anything you would not send by email before pasting.

One row per agreement. A new agreement needs the vendor or counterparty, an Agreement ID and the document type. To update one already on the list, use its Agreement ID: only the cells you fill in are changed, and a blank cell keeps what is there. More opens the product, renewal, notice, owner, department, notes and related agreement.
